Avis Rent-a-Car WTF.

Some things are obvious. For example if you are walking in a diamond the obvious thing to do is look for diamonds. But, you may not think to look for diamonds walking around an Arkansas field.

Even though there may be diamonds under your feet.

Such is the case with Avis (NYSE:$CAR.) I don’t regularly scan for stocks that are trading under the full model (blue dotted line.) But, in this case I should have.

I also don’t usually look for short squeeze candidates as GameStop (NYSE:$GME) I assumed was a one-off due to no sports gambling and everyone staying at home. But, there is no reason why a fund manager couldn’t do the same thing WallStreeBets did.

Which one just did. And I missed it. Here are the other stocks similar to Avis. Very high IO, low outstanding shares where one firm owns a lot.
