The GLP-1s, Semaglutide (31 amino acids) and Retatrutide (39 amino acids) fall into the peptide classification.
But, Eli Lilly is currently attempting to shoe-horm side chains into the chain count to push Retatrutide over biologic limit preventing it from being compounded. Lawyers.

If Eli Lilly manages to convince the FDA of this there are real implications to the ongoing GLP-1 battle being waged between Novo, Eli and McDonalds.
