Everyone knows Trump wants Greenland because he thinks Denmark is actually Norway and that Norway refused to give him a Nobel Prize for Peace so his feelings are hurt.
I personally think the US buying Greenland for $1T dollars is quite a smart deal for Denmark. Denmark already fleeced the US in 1916 when it sold the Virgin Islands which have no tactical or economic use.
Greenland is home to some of the oldest (and hardest) rocks on the Earth and 80% of the land is covered by ice. Ice that in parts is two miles thick. We already have Alaska and we can’t do much with it either right now.
Buybacks are still persisting. Keybank announced today the repurchased $200 million in shares this past quarter. I don’t foresee this buoyancy waning anytime soon.
And a couple of FST stocks took off today.
Invo made 300% intraday and Shuttle Pharmaceuticals made 150% intraday. We started buying SHPH about a month ago and sold today pre-market but had no position in Invo.
Both of these stocks made more on the day than Corvus Pharmaceuticals which announced solid late phase trial data and RAPT Therapeutics which announced it agreed to a $58-per-share all-cash offer from GSK.
Currently not holding any of the above but will likely play SHPH again.
