SCOTUS is likely to rule on the IEPA/Tariff case on Friday with the release being at 10am. If SCOTUS doesn’t rule this week then they can release anytime they are in session.
If tariffs are overturned (I’d say this is 70% likely) the Administration will just try and pass tariffs through other channels. If tariffs are upheld, then I suspect companies will begun to pass through the full cost of tariffs onto customers.
Jobs week starts tomorrow with the JOLTS data.
Still carrying a large cash position cash until there is more certainty on proper rate cut expectations.
Acrivon Therapeutics is announcing data January 8th. Still holding a position but may flip out depending on how far it runs tomorrow.
